This October UEC partnered with employee resource groups from national business giants PricewaterhouseCoopers (the second largest accounting firm in the US) and Standard Insurance a transgender awareness discussion panel. UEC offers transgender educational resources like these panels to engage with the community and give faces and stories of transgender experiences. On October 5 UEC met with OPEN and StandOUT, the employee resource groups from both companies, to facilitate discussion, answer questions, and encourage equality as a company asset. The panel was emotional and inspiring; UEC was honored to partner with these national organizations and their teams.
